TEAM DEVELOPMENT CURRICULUM
Below is an outline of the Team Development curriculum. The
first one, Enneagram Introduction & Typing Session, is Step 1 of our
4-Steps of Successful Teams Model. This curriculum was
developed by Ginger Lapid-Bogda as described in her book
Bring Out the Best of Yourself at Work.
Enneagram Introduction & Typing Session
A prerequisite for all other training applications

The 4 Stages of Team Development
Review of the 4-stages model (forming, storming, norming,

Each of these subjects are introduced with a brief didactic and
followed up with engaging experiential activities. Well use a
mix of large groups, small groups, triads, dyads, and individual
