ABOUT MATT AHRENS

Hello! I am the founder of Solution Points. It was my dream – proof that dreams do come true!

My expertise is in organizational development consulting, specializing in experiential training, executive coaching, and conflict resolution. I have nearly 15 years of corporate experience in organizations, such as Levi Strauss & Co., Hewlett Packard, Intuit, Inc., and Pacific Bell. I have also worked with non-profit groups, as well as state and local governments.

I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Wisconsin, Madison. I am also a graduate of the Helen Palmer–David Daniels Enneagram Professional Training Program, Ginger Lapid-Bogda Enneagram in Business programs; Starfish Mediation’s training program, the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) CoActive Leadership and Coaching programs. I am a Certified Professional CoActive Coach (CPCC).

I am honored to serve as President of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition (AET) and serve as the Program’s Co-chair for the Northern California International Enneagram Association (NCIEA), as well as a board member and volunteer for the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC).

I have heard that my colleagues and clients say I am personable, insightful, wise, compassionate, articulate, and at times, humorous. Don’t tell them I told you—they’ll think it went to my head. It didn’t—it went straight to my heart!
